Greece travel guide
Give Athens time, give Naxos a few full days, and build the trip around the crossings.
- For a first island trip, allow 9 nights: 3 in Athens, 5 on Naxos and 1 back in Athens. These are suggested stays, with a full day left for each crossing.
- On 27 September 2026, full airport fares are EUR 5.50 by express bus and EUR 9 by metro. Choose the mode around your hotel and arrival time. 1
- The Acropolis archaeological site and Acropolis Museum use separate tickets. Decide how much of the story you want before choosing your visits. 2
- Keep the last Athens night before your flight. Blue Star warns that bad weather can delay or cancel departures; the buffer buys options. 3

Start with the Parthenon, then make room for an island where a temple visit and a beach afternoon can share the same stay. This Greece guide builds a first trip around Athens and Naxos, with an overnight in Delphi for readers who prefer a mainland route. You get named bases, the first airport transfer, ticket costs and a plan that leaves time to sit down for lunch.

Where should you stay on a first Greece trip?
Choose two bases and a return night. Athens plus Naxos gives this trip a clear shape: city walks and museums first, then several days with the same island room. Put the nights in the before adding sights. A place that gets only a late arrival and an early departure is using up a transfer without giving much back.
Syntagma is the practical starting point for an Athens hotel search. The city guide identifies it as a meeting point for major streets and public transport. Koukaki puts your stay near the Acropolis area and its pedestrian promenades. Choose Syntagma if the airport journey matters most; choose Koukaki if you want to organize your days around the museum and nearby walks. 8, 9
On Naxos, begin with Chora and Agios Georgios. The municipal tourism page places Agios Georgios beach about 1 km from the port, close to the main town, with hotels, taverns and cafés by the sand. That makes it a useful search area when you want beach time without making every meal an outing by car. 10
| Base | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Syntagma, Athens | A simple airport connection and city start |
| Koukaki, Athens | Acropolis-area walks and museum days |
| Chora or Agios Georgios, Naxos | One island base with town and beach time |
| Delphi village | An overnight mainland alternative |
These are MMT planning choices, not hotel price bands. Location evidence: 8, 9, 10, 14
Compare rooms by the journey you will repeat. Open the map at the building entrance, trace the route from your arrival point and look at the final approach. A balcony photograph tells you little about the walk with bags. For an apartment, get the entry instructions before travel; for a hotel, check the hours for reception and bag storage.
Keep the room decision separate from the sightseeing list. A short stay benefits from a base that makes the first and last journeys easy. A longer stay gives more weight to the room itself: space to dry swimwear, a place to eat breakfast and somewhere quiet to rest. Price those needs against the exact room category, rather than the property’s best photograph.
Do you need a visa to visit Greece?
Start with your passport and travel history. EU nationals can travel with a valid passport or national identity card. Each child needs their own document. A driving licence is unsuitable as a border document. These rules were checked on 27 September 2026. 5
For non-EU short-stay visitors, visa requirements depend on nationality and status. The standard Schengen limit is 90 days in any 180-day period across the area. Your passport generally needs to have been issued within the previous 10 years and remain valid for at least 3 months after planned departure from the EU. Count earlier Schengen travel before booking the Greek portion. 6
Greece’s aviation authority says EES records personal and biometric data for covered third-country short-stay travellers. First registration can take extra time. Give border processing space in the arrival plan, especially if you are tempted by a same-day ferry. 15
Check the traveller
Use the official EU entry guide to check your nationality and document rules. Residence permits and EU-family situations need their own check. 6
Check the whole trip
Put earlier European trips beside the proposed Greece dates. If you are near the permitted limit, settle the calculation before paying for rooms. Keep a copy of the dates with your booking notes.
Keep arrival details ready
Save your first accommodation address and onward travel confirmation offline. The EU says border staff can request supporting documents such as lodging details and a return ticket. Keep those separate from your sightseeing notes. 6
Check the official ETIAS portal again before departure for the rules on your travel dates. For a longer stay, work or a move, start a separate immigration plan before making commitments. The short holiday route here is built around sightseeing, with a booked departure and a clear sequence of stays.
How do you get from Athens Airport to your hotel?
Make Syntagma your first decision point. The X95 airport bus goes to Syntagma Square; X96 serves Piraeus port. The city’s official guide places the airport bus ticket booth outside Arrivals between Exits 4 and 5. Use X95 for the Syntagma stay in this route and keep the port transfer for the following travel day. 7
Get your bearings
After border checks and bags, open the saved hotel address. Use the terminal Wi-Fi to check the day’s service notices, then save the route so you can follow it without a connection. Stop for this before joining a transport queue.
Validate and keep your ticket
OASA requires validation when boarding buses and at both entry and exit gates on the metro. Keep the ticket accessible until the journey ends. An airport metro ticket permits qualifying transfers within 90 minutes but excludes Airport Express buses and X80. 1
Finish at the room
Leave the bags, refill what you need for the next morning and take a short walk near the hotel. Make dinner the first fixed plan. Book the archaeology for a rested day so a flight delay stays an inconvenience instead of taking a paid visit with it.
| Journey | Price (EUR) | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Airport-Syntagma, X95 | 5.50 | One adult, one journey |
| Airport-Syntagma, metro | 9.00 | One adult, one journey |
| Airport-city inner ring, rank taxi, day | 50.00 | One taxi |
| Airport-city inner ring, rank taxi, night | 65.00 | One taxi |
Bus is a single airport ride; metro has the transfer validity described above. Rank-taxi fares include applicable extras; destination must be within the inner ring. Taxes are not separately itemized.
The official taxi rank is at Arrivals Exit 3. The fare band depends on arrival at your destination: day is 05:00 to midnight, night is midnight to 05:00. Confirm that the address qualifies for the inner-ring fare. Use the quoted app price for an app booking; the airport publishes different figures in that subsection. 17
Which Athens transport ticket fits your stay?
Match the ticket’s clock to your actual nights. OASA’s 3-day tourist ticket costs EUR 20 as checked on 27 September 2026. It lasts 72 hours from first validation and includes urban travel plus one airport journey in each direction by metro or express bus. X80 and the specified suburban-rail section are included. There is no reduced-price version listed. 18
For the Athens-Naxos route, your flight home falls well after that first 72-hour window. Evaluate the tourist ticket for the journeys you can actually use during its validity. Write the activation time beside the expiry time. A pass named for 3 days needs this small check even when you have booked 3 nights.
Tap2Ride accepts Visa and Mastercard on OASA services at full fares. Keep to the same physical card or the same device throughout; switching from a phone to its linked card can create separate charges. The ordinary urban daily cap is EUR 4.10, with airport rides charged separately. Reduced fares are unavailable through this payment method. 19
| Product | Price (EUR) | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Urban single | 1.20 | 90 minutes; airport and X80 excluded |
| Urban daily ticket | 4.10 | 24 hours; airport excluded |
| Airport metro return | 16.00 | Two airport trips within 30 days |
| 3-day tourist ticket | 20.00 | 72 hours plus two airport journeys |
The daily ticket includes X80. Airport metro tickets allow qualifying 90-minute transfers but exclude Airport Express buses and X80. Tourist ticket includes the urban OASA network, X80 and suburban rail between Magoula, Piraeus and Koropi. Published fares do not itemize tax. 18
For a few city rides, contactless payment keeps the arithmetic simple. For a defined sightseeing day, compare the daily ticket. For a return airport journey after the island stay, compare the airport metro return product. Pick one approach for each traveller and keep a note of it; mixing several tickets makes it harder to see what remains valid.
How do you get from Athens to Naxos?
Treat the crossing as a travel day. Blue Star advertises daily routes and a Piraeus-Naxos sailing time starting at 5 hours 20 minutes, checked on 27 September 2026. Search your date for the actual departure, arrival and ship. A minimum journey time gives you a starting point for planning, not a timetable to build a flight connection around. 11
Piraeus is the gateway for this route. STASY’s rounded airport-Piraeus metro time is 61 minutes, before platform waits and the walk to the ship. On the current evening works schedule, Eleonas, Kerameikos and Monastiraki close at 21:40 Sunday to Thursday; airport trains then terminate at Syntagma. Recheck the notice for your date. 16
Blue Star’s port map assigns Blue Star Naxos and Blue Star Delos to E6 for foot passengers and E7 for passengers and vehicles. Match the gate to the vessel on your ticket when you leave the hotel. The port name alone is too broad a destination to hand to a driver or enter in a walking route. 20
Work back from departure
Blue Star asks passengers to be at the embarkation area at least 1 hour before sailing. Set that as your port-arrival target, then add the station-to-gate walk and your hotel transfer. Keep valid travel documents with the named ticket. 3
Pack a small crossing bag
Keep water, a snack, a layer, any routine medicines and a charger within reach. Put the room details and arrival plan on your phone before boarding. Leave the large bag packed so the day involves fewer loose items to gather at the other end.
Arrive with one simple plan
Make the first Naxos evening a check-in and dinner evening. If you reach the room early, use the spare time for a walk. Leave booked activities for later in the stay, when a slow arrival will have less effect on the rest of the trip.
Compare ferry options using the same date, passenger count, seat category and baggage needs. Include the journey to Piraeus and onward to your room. If you are also comparing a flight, use its final fare with bags and both airport transfers. The useful figure is the total for moving between your two rooms.
Book the return as carefully as the outward crossing. An early outward sailing and a late return can look like extra holiday time, but both still require a room plan and a full transfer. Choose the pair that gives you usable days between them. Keep a separate contingency amount for a changed sailing or an extra night.
What should you see in Athens, and what do tickets include?
Give the Acropolis and its museum separate time. The archaeological site puts you among the hilltop buildings; the museum is a distinct visit with its own admission. Make one the anchor of a morning, then leave space for lunch before deciding how much more you want to see. A second museum day is a good use of the final Athens stay.
At the Acropolis, Hellenic Heritage lists a north-side elevator for visitors with mobility impairments. Its access route differs from the main approach. Check the operator’s access instructions before selecting a ticket and arranging transport. For the standard visit, Akropoli station is on Line 2; Monastiraki is served by Lines 1 and 3. 21

The chart shows three admission plans at full rates checked on 27 September 2026. The Acropolis site costs EUR 30; the separate museum costs EUR 20 and includes its exhibitions and the excavation beneath the building. Sangri adds EUR 5 for its site and collection on Naxos. Choose the visits for your interests, then budget their transport separately. 21, 2, 22
Table view: Build your archaeology plan
| Item | Value (EUR per full-paying person) |
|---|---|
| Acropolis site | 30 EUR per full-paying person |
| Site + Acropolis Museum | 50 EUR per full-paying person |
| Site + museum + Sangri | 55 EUR per full-paying person |
Each bar adds visits: one Athens site, two Athens venues, then the Naxos site and collection. Admission only; transport and guiding excluded. MMT sums the separate ticket prices. Source: 21, 2, 22
| Plan | EUR per full-paying person | Included |
|---|---|---|
| Acropolis site | 30 | Athens archaeological site |
| Site + Acropolis Museum | 50 | Site, museum exhibitions and excavation |
| Site + museum + Sangri | 55 | Above, plus Naxos site and collection |
Standard full-price admission; concessions and free dates excluded. Separate tickets, not a bundled pass. Transport and guides cost extra. Taxes are not separately itemized.
Dionysiou Areopagitou makes a useful walk around the visits. The city guide describes the pedestrian promenade linking Hadrian’s Arch and Philopappou Hill, with ancient monuments on one side and later buildings on the other. Use part of it as an unhurried afternoon, with a café stop, instead of adding another timed entrance. 9
Keep the rest of your Athens list short enough to move. Choose one booked attraction each day and write two optional walks below it. If the first visit takes longer than expected, drop an optional item without rearranging dinner and transport. Travelling with someone less keen on museums is easier when there is a shared meeting point and a free afternoon.
Naxos: a beach day, a temple day and room for more
Stay put long enough to choose your day. A Naxos stay works well when you can move the beach afternoon and the inland outing around each other. Keep the first full day light. Use it to settle into Chora or Agios Georgios, locate the pickup point for any booked outing and see how much travel you want on the remaining days.
Agios Georgios has fine sand, shallow water and a windsurfing area at its southern end, according to the municipal tourism page. Treat those as features to choose around: a beach day with young children has different needs from a windsurfing session. Check conditions at the water before settling in, and choose your spot with those uses in mind. 10
For an inland visit, the Temple of Demeter near Sangri is a clear target. Hellenic Heritage places it about 30 minutes by car from Chora. The published schedule closes on Tuesdays; the other listed days run 08:30 to 15:30, with last admission 20 minutes before closing. Schedule the site before lunch and settle the return transport at the same time as the outward ride. 22

- For a beach day, take only what you need and leave the evening open. Make the easy day feel different from a day of museums and transfers.
- For Sangri, decide how you will get both there and back before setting out. A dated bus timetable, a prearranged driver or a rental booking each gives you a different amount of freedom.
- For a farm visit, leave the whole session clear. Put any extra village stop after it, as an option, so a longer meal can remain a pleasure.
A car is a choice for a particular day, not an automatic purchase for the whole island stay. Start with the places you want to reach and compare the full rental quote with a driver or available bus services. Include collection, return, fuel, deposit and insurance excess in the decision. Check the rental firm’s document and age requirements for the actual driver.
If you are planning around buses, use the Naxos bus operator for a timetable covering your dates. Write down the last suitable return before choosing the outward journey. If the service leaves too little visiting time, change the outing or use a different mode. Your beach base should still work on the days you stay close to the room.
Keep one island day empty until you arrive. You can use it to return to a beach, extend a meal or recover from a long crossing. That open day is also what makes it possible to move Sangri away from its weekly closure without squeezing everything into the same afternoon.
Delphi as a mainland alternative
Choose Delphi for an overnight archaeology trip. Hellenic Heritage places the sanctuary between cliffs below Parnassus and lists a 3-hour drive from Athens. Its full EUR 20 ticket covers both the archaeological site and the museum, checked on 27 September 2026. Use Delphi village as the overnight base; the operator lists a 15-minute walk from the settlement to the site. 14
| Ticket | EUR per full-paying person | Included |
|---|---|---|
| Delphi | 20 | Archaeological site and museum |
Transport, accommodation, meals and guiding excluded. Taxes are not separately itemized.
One night gives you a choice: travel out, settle in and visit the next morning, or visit after arrival and keep the following day loose. Two nights make sense if you want a slower pace. Base the order on the opening hours for your dates and the transport you have actually booked. Avoid making both visits compete with a fixed lunch stop.
The operator identifies Phocis KTEL buses from Athens as a public-transport option. Get the current departure terminal, timetable and return service before booking the room. If you drive, collect the vehicle when you are ready to leave Athens, then return it after the mainland part. That keeps the rental decision tied to the journey that needs it. 14
What is worth booking for food?
Choose one guided food experience and leave other meals free. A tour is useful when you want someone to explain ingredients and shops. A farm session suits a day built around cooking and conversation. Compare what you will do with the host, how you will reach the meeting point and how much time the booking takes from the day.
Naxos graviera gives you a specific local cheese to look for. The national tourism board identifies Naxos among its places of production and associates kopanisti with the Cyclades. Ask which producer made the cheese on the menu; you can follow a name you like from a tasting to a shop without ordering the same meal every night. 23
| Experience | Price (EUR per person) | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Alternative Athens food tour | From 69 | 3.5 hours |
| Perivoli, ages 12+ | 100 | 4 hours 15 minutes scheduled |
| Perivoli, listed ages 4-12 | 90 | Same session |
Alternative Athens includes arranged food and drink tastings and an English-speaking guide; extra orders are excluded. Perivoli includes its farm and wood-fire cooking experience. Tax treatment and Perivoli transport are unstated; its age bands overlap at 12. Confirm the final payable amount and child category.
Alternative Athens lists Syntagma Square as the meeting point. Its food walk follows paved central streets with changes in pavement. Send allergy and dietary needs before booking. The provider’s page gives both a standard schedule excluding Sundays and notes about Sunday tours, so confirm the departure and tasting route for that day. 24
Perivoli is Nikos Anevlavis’s family-farm experience near Melanes. Sessions are listed at 10:00-14:15 and 15:30-19:45, and can run up to 5 hours. The stated full-refund deadline is at least 24 hours before the start. Leave space around the session and settle the transfer before committing to a second activity. 25
Choose the food booking early in the stay if you want it to inform later meals. Keep a short note of ingredients, shop names or dishes you enjoyed. For the rest of the trip, give each meal its own purpose: a quick lunch on a transfer day, a longer table after a beach afternoon, or something light before an early departure.
Money, rooms and a working phone
Build the budget from your bookings. Greece uses the euro, and all figures here are in EUR. Keep accommodation, crossings, local transport, admissions and meals as separate lines. Add the room totals and dated transport quotes first; those choices set the shape of the trip before smaller daily purchases enter the calculation. 4
Use the travel money pages alongside a simple trip worksheet. Give each prepaid item a booking date, currency, cancellation deadline and balance due. Give each unbooked item a realistic quote for your dates. A broad daily allowance becomes more useful after those fixed costs are visible, especially when one day is mostly a ferry crossing and another has two paid visits.
- For rooms, compare the final stay total for the same dates, occupancy and cancellation terms. Confirm any charge payable at the property before ranking the options.
- For transport, include luggage, seats and the journey to the departure point. Save the final quoted amount beside the departure and arrival times.
- For optional experiences, agree on the priority before paying. It is easier to drop an extra tour than to shorten the island stay after all the rooms are fixed.
Keep a backup payment method separate from the card you use most. Check your bank’s overseas fees and limits before departure, then review any conversion choice shown at payment. Save receipts for larger expenses and record shared costs as you go. For a group, decide whether room and taxi costs are split equally before the first payment.
Athens Airport offers free terminal Wi-Fi in 120-minute sessions, with free reconnection. Use it to download tickets, room instructions and the first route. For mobile service, compare your existing roaming allowance with a SIM or eSIM that works in your phone; check activation, voice calls and the final purchase price before choosing. 13
Keep an offline travel folder that someone else in your party can open. Include ticket files, booking numbers, accommodation addresses and insurer details. Store a separate copy of the return-flight information. Charge the phone before transfer days, and put the charger where you can reach it without unpacking everything.
When should you go, and what changes the plan?
Plan for the city, the island and the crossing separately. Greece’s tourism board describes hot, dry summer weather with seasonal meltemi winds and cooler mountain conditions. A sunny Athens forecast tells you little about the comfort of an island crossing or a walk inland. Check each place you will use, then move the flexible days around the forecast. 26
For this mix of walking, museums and beach time, start by comparing spring and autumn dates with your own tolerance for heat and wind. If swimming is the main reason to go, put expected sea conditions and the beach base ahead of an extra city stop.
During a hot spell, put outdoor visits early in your day and leave a long indoor break. Keep water and a hat with you, and use the flexibility in your plan when an outing feels too exposed. If a site changes its hours, follow the current notice and move another activity into the gap.
UK government advice identifies April through October as a period of high wildfire risk. Enable emergency alerts and follow local instructions if a warning affects your area. Keep the day’s transport plan flexible during an incident; a scenic outing can wait. 27
The same government advice warns that island medical facilities and ambulance capacity can be limited. Before choosing an island stay, check that your insurance covers your planned activities, treatment and emergency transport. If you have ongoing care needs, discuss the trip with your clinician and make the location of care part of the accommodation choice. 28
- Check the ferry operator’s departure notice the day before a crossing and again before leaving for the port. Keep the rest of that travel day light.
- Save the address of each room in a form you can show or read aloud. A clear location helps in a routine pickup as well as an emergency.
- Carry routine medicines in your day bag on transfer days. Keep the insurer’s assistance details available offline and tell a travel companion where to find them.
For an emergency, call 112. Greece’s service is free, operates continuously and answers in Greek, English and French. It also accepts SMS. Give the location, what happened and whether anyone is injured; stay available for further questions. 12
Check opening hours against the actual weekday, not just the month. The shorter days in a late-season plan also make it worth keeping rural drives and unfamiliar walks away from the very end of the afternoon. Choose the easy return when the day runs long. The best buffer is time you can still decide how to use.
Two Greece itineraries you can copy
Count nights before filling days. These routes are MMT planning suggestions, with transfers given their own space. Add your arrival and departure times first, then copy the nights into a calendar. The suggested stays assume that travel days will take a meaningful share of your energy, even when every connection runs as booked.
- 01Athens: Syntagma or Koukaki3 nights
Use arrival day for check-in and dinner. Give one full day to the Acropolis area and another to the museum or food walk. Keep the last evening easy so you can pack without losing a meal to a late return from sightseeing.
→ Athens Airport to Syntagma by X95 or Line 3; onward to your chosen room. - 02Naxos: Chora or Agios Georgios5 nights
Let the crossing use the first day. Spread the full days between a beach, Sangri, a food or farm experience and one open day. Keep the same room throughout. If wind or a weekly closure changes the order, you still have several ways to make the stay work.
→ Hotel to Piraeus; dated ferry to Naxos; onward to the room. - 03Athens1 night
Return from Naxos before the day of your international flight. Make this an evening for a final meal near the room. If the ferry runs late, the remaining task is check-in; if it arrives as planned, you can enjoy the spare hours without a long list.
→ Naxos to Piraeus, then Athens; airport transfer the following day.
With less time: With 7 nights, use 2 in Athens, 4 on Naxos and 1 back in Athens. Choose either the food walk or the museum for the first city stay, then decide whether the final day has room for the other. Keep the return buffer.
For the island version, settle the outward and return crossings before paying for rooms with strict cancellation terms. Next, check Sangri’s weekday opening against the island dates. Place the food experience after that. Leave beach days unbooked where possible so the island part retains the freedom that made you choose it.
- 01Athens3 nights
Start with the same calm arrival. Split the main archaeological visits across the city days and use a walk or food experience to change the pace. Pack only after you have decided how the mainland transfer will work, including luggage and the departure point.
→ Athens Airport to the city; use urban transport during this stay. - 02Delphi village2 nights
Travel out and settle in, then give the next day to the site and museum at your own pace. Two nights leave more space for a long lunch and remove the pressure to finish the visit in time for a same-day return to Athens.
→ Drive from Athens or use a confirmed Phocis KTEL service. - 03Athens1 night
Return with time to drop the bags and choose dinner. Use this night to make the airport morning simple. Keep any final shopping close to the room so you can finish the trip without a new cross-city journey.
→ Return from Delphi, then transfer to Athens Airport the next day.
With less time: With 5 nights, use 3 in Athens, 1 in Delphi and 1 back in Athens. Choose the Delphi visit order around the confirmed transport. With only a few days in Greece, keep Athens as the sole base and give its walks and meals more space.
When you add days, add them to a stay before adding a new destination. One more island night can create another full day; another stop needs packing, travel and check-in. If the trip has grown far beyond a week, use the country guide collection to compare future routes and keep this booking focused on the places you most want to spend time.

Find the practical detail you need, or browse by topic.
Can I visit Athens and Naxos in one week?
Yes, if you keep to one island and accept two transfer days. Use the 7-night version above, pack lightly and make each full day count for one main outing. If your flights leave only a few complete days on the ground, choose Athens with Delphi or stay in Athens throughout. The right route is the one that leaves time after arrival.
Does an ordinary Athens ticket cover the airport?
The ordinary urban single and daily tickets exclude the airport journey. Buy an airport product or use the correct contactless fare for that ride. Check your ticket before boarding, especially after returning from Naxos when the product from the first Athens stay may have expired. 18
Can I use American Express to tap onto Athens transport?
OASA’s direct bank-card system supports Visa and Mastercard. American Express, Maestro, JCB, Diners, Discover and China UnionPay are excluded. If your main card is one of those, arrange another supported payment method or buy an ATH.ENA ticket. Keep each traveller’s fare arrangements clear before approaching the gate. 19
Do children pay full price at the Acropolis Museum?
Under the museum’s rules checked on 27 September 2026, EU visitors through age 25 qualify for free admission with proof. Non-EU children through age 5 enter free; older non-EU visitors through age 25 qualify for the reduced rate. Bring the required ID or passport and obtain concession tickets at the desk. These are museum rules. 2
Can I visit the Acropolis free on some dates?
Hellenic Heritage lists free admission on the last weekend of September, among other dates. Check the calendar for your trip before buying. A free-admission day still needs room in the schedule, so choose it because the timing works for you, not only because it reduces the ticket cost. 21
Is a rental car worth keeping for the entire Naxos stay?
Price the days that actually need one. With Chora or Agios Georgios as your base, you can plan some days close to the room and arrange inland transport separately. Compare a short rental with a driver and the dated bus service. Add collection and return time to the cost comparison, especially if you would collect the car immediately after the ferry.
Which Perivoli price applies to a 12-year-old?
Ask the farm before paying. Its published bands list ages 12+ at EUR 100 and ages 4-12 at EUR 90, leaving age 12 in both. Also confirm the under-4 policy and whether your quote includes transport and tax. Save the answer with the reservation so the family total is clear. 25
How should I plan if steps or long walks are difficult?
Start with the exact journeys: station exit to hotel, room entrance, port gate to ship and the attraction entrance. Book the assistance and room features you need before fixing the route. Keep the daily plan short enough to allow rest and a different transport choice. An accessible room is only one part of a usable day.
Can I call 112 without a Greek SIM?
Yes. Greek Civil Protection says 112 calls can be made without a SIM, and another available mobile network can carry the call when your own network is out of range. Some network coverage is still needed. Keep your location ready to describe and explain the incident clearly. 12
